Student Guidance
Ethical, honest support for your journey to Japan – from school selection to visa interview.
Guidance you can trust
At Momiji, we believe in transparency. We never promise visa approval – because that decision rests solely with the Embassy. What we do offer is thorough, professional preparation to give you the best possible chance.
Our guidance covers every step: selecting the right school, preparing flawless documents, financial proof guidance, interview practice, and pre‑departure orientation.
How we support you
Clear milestones on your path to Japan.
Initial consultation
We discuss your goals, academic background, financial capacity, and preferred cities. We explain realistic timelines and answer all your questions – no obligation.
School selection
Based on your profile, we recommend accredited Japanese language schools / vocational colleges. We provide brochures, application requirements, and deadlines.
Document preparation
We guide you through every form: application forms, study plan, financial statement, graduation certificates. We review drafts and help you avoid common mistakes.
Interview coaching
Many schools/embassy conduct interviews. We hold mock interviews, provide feedback, and build your confidence – in English and Japanese.
Pre‑departure orientation
Once your visa is granted, we brief you on living in Japan: accommodation, part‑time jobs, cultural norms, and what to pack.

Guidance that made a difference
The document guidance at Momiji was incredibly detailed. They spotted a small error in my bank statement that could have caused a rejection. Now I'm in Tokyo!
I was nervous about the interview. The mock sessions with Sensei built my confidence – the actual interview felt familiar and I got my visa!
